hey, just curious, u said u were gonna send me that gunsight, but havent gotten it yet

Vortex's gun sight, looking at his film, looks pretty similar to the one I use in my 109's.

Make sure you convert them back to .bmps (image hosting sites require .jpg's)

Opening it in MS Paint, and selecting 256 color bitmap when you save it should work.
