I've been flying the mustang for some time now, and since the last patch i've noticed a few changes. First of all I was in a 4 or 6 to 2 fight the other day and I zoomed in to try and help out a squady and as I extended I pulled one knotch of flap to reverse my direction and when I pulled on the stick I popped both wings off. And the other night I was chasing a 190D and he went to the deck so we got the speeds up around 400 maybe 450 and when he leveled I pulled to level out I went into a uncontrolable spin. Anyone with any info on this I would appretiate it. And just to let you know I been flying for over a year now so I know my Mustang and those things have never happen to me before.

Check your stick scaling/calibration. If your stick is spiking it will make a smooth 6g pullout turn into a 8+G yank which would explain your yanking both wings off in a Mustang.
Same deal with the uncontrollable spin. If you stick is spiking the computer thinks you're pulling maximum deflection rapidly.

That would explain alot of things going on...I fly with the X52 and I don't use Scaling, I have every thing set to zero. And I try to recalibrate at least once a week.

I don't know why someone wouldn't use scaling, really. And if you have zero damping that would explain the spiking.

Check your knobs also. I had one of the rotary knobs causing spikes when set to middle position. Turned it down and it's fine now.

Cajunn,
If you fly Bish, find DFA (Death From Above) on the roster. More than a few guys in the squad are very good pony drivers. You sound like you're more than on your way with the 51. You might dig flying with them.

Took your advice and added a little scaling and Raised the damping just a little I'll see if that helps. The reason I turned it all to zero was because I was having trouble with spiking and when I set it to zero it cleared up...with everything set to zero you just have get a good feel for your stick and not yank it back, you have to use smooth movements.
And sorry I fly in rook land, the guys I fly with aren't just squady's there good friends of mine...but I would love to maybe do some training with them you can never learn enough.
thanks for the help guy's

Try adding some damping if your getting spiking.
