Title: Flying Fortress Interceptor

Much B17s of Bishops was incoming Rooks at last night. We Rooks intercept in fighters. But B17s were cruising over 30kft very high.
It was too hard to chase for Fw190 or Bf109, because B17 was very fast at these high alt.
So, I tried Flying Fortress Interceptor. I up in B17 with 50% fuel, no bombs.  This bird has good ceiling performance than almost fighters. I shot B17 and N1K down. And 2 F4U chased me, but they couldn't catch me climbing over 30kft. I was convinced B17 is very good interceptor at high alt.
Don't you think so ?

True, but it's not quite in the same context, is it? The icons kinda spoil any chance of aerial trickery KG 200 style.   (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/wink.gif)

Hmmm, maybe all B 17 should have same icon color  (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/wink.gif)

Or historical arena, with KG 200 scenario would be nice.

Historically Geschwader 200 was not very successful in these efforts either.
