Typical tactic of CNN to make a whimsical report about this than to actually investigate who planted that guy. The report says more about CNN than anything. You think that guy is a plant? I do. You don't think CNN has enough sense to wonder the same?

I agree BTW. I may be wrong, but aren't there rules concerning how much time someone has to ask a question? He took a lot of time emphasizing only he was responsible for the question he was about to ask. I'm thinking the response he wanted was to be passed by due to running out of time. Then he could make a scene and McCain would look bad after the police kicked the bum out.
McCain handled this very well imo. That's not what happened. Mccain was patient and even answered the question after all the incoherent BS preceding the question. It amounted to using up valuable time in an attempt to limit McCain's time to answer other questions.
Still, the audience was becoming impatient and Mccain settled them down. Looked to me like he did a darned good job answering the question. When I read "the world's longest question" I was thinking someone asked a complex question composed of multiple questions so it would be hard to keep track of it all. You know, something to test Mccain's ability to focus and discern what the main question was and then address it accordingly.

Given McCain's legendary short temper I'd say he handled it quite well. But it would have been nice to have seen him kick into gear, grab the guy by the jacket and shove him out of the building, come back to the podium and announce, "That's how you take care of business!"
