I may be one of those "loud kids next door", I hang around goths all the time, and I am a bit goth. But if even I, can tell that that my generation is diddlyed up, there is problems.

Yeah, the kids next door are a little loud at times but that's because they're newborn twins, so I don't hold it against them.

"In" is a term that is used for threads that are going to be locked by the forum admin and is best if you disguise the term in some fashion. For example, Incredible!. Posting "In" in a thread dealing with a wishlist that doesn't even stand an ice cube's chance in Hell of being closed by a forum moderator is rather moronic.

How am I? You're generation brought that upon us. You guys introduced how it was "okay", some said it was OKAY to drop out and be on welfare. Personally, I'm doing great in school, all A's and B's, I'm gonna go to A&M and become a Mechanical Engineer for a career. I already got things planned for me.

And NoBaddy, did you notice that by the 60s and 70s more and more people got on it, and now there is millions and millions on welfare, because of older generations? Yes, it's also those idiots faults but those people on welfare are (in some instances) 4th generation people who dropped out and are on welfare.

I guess we may as well move this to O'club and re-name it... :noid

Since my father voted for LBJ, I guess you could blame him if you want. I had nothing to do with it. The only handout I ever got from the government was GI bill money to go to college.

Of course the real problem, since none of the comments you were talking about were aimed at you, is that you chose to defend someone that really didn't deserve it. While I applaud your desire to stand up for the downtrodden, squeaking masses, this sleeping dog might have been better left alone. :)

(BTW, my sister, her husband and their daughter are all Aggies....my poor father is rollin' over in his grave. He was an alum of Baylor. :D)
