This Grandpa was on a boat with 3 others when it capsized.  He was the only one who could swim ~ which he did for 8 hours to reach the pier & call for help for the others, who stayed behind clinging to the boat.

I'm not sure I could swim for 8 hours ~ and in the dark, too!

Mac would have used his mind control to levitate the boat and all parties and float them gently to shore :D
