Ok, so he's crazy.

But he's also funny as all heck! Oddly enough, most Americans I have spoken to say they wish our politicans spoke like this, where as the 1-2 Russians I have asked tend to shake their heads and sigh.

He did not want to answer the question. All politicians have ways to avoid questions they'd rather not answer. Putin's way is a little different from what western people are used to.
