Hi Mates
Was wondering who was the oldest (in age) player in AH?
Speak up!!
Majors
249RAF
Oldest Yank in the RAF
-
Sorry ~ age & weight are off limits topics! :D
-
I would say Vilkas is the oldest player I am aware of. 79 I believe.
-
I'd agree.
-
<--- 392 in dog years :D
-
I'm 44 but feel like 94.
Does that count?
-
WILDCAT, he's an old WWII pilot. I think he's around 85?
-

Xbrit has been rumored to have thrown rocks at Moses. :uhoh
-
nah I am but a puppy compared to some who are here and yes my vote goes for Vilkas, a true gentleman. Or then again maybe Silat a true lady.
-
I think our oldest is 61. Sometimes he forgets the missions we're on and his prostate keeps him from staying on longer than 30 minutes... but we love him that is until his prostrate gets in the way of an m3 drop :lol Just kiddin
-
My father is playing at 85.

Was your dad an aviator or participant in WW2? Apart from your early participation in Air Warrior, I'm curious as to what led you to the path of developing Warbirds and going forward to Hitech Creations?

I seem to recall a HT post where he said his dad was in the silent service - subs - during WWII, and so has some personal interest in adding subs to AH.
-
Subs?
We call them Hoagies in Philly. Italian Hoagie, Tuna Hoagie, etc.

1smoker, 31st FG, formally FATDOG. 85-86--87, somewhere around there. Depends on how he feels when you ask him. Was a Navy Pilot before WWII and trained pilots for carrier duty during WWII. First flew F3F, biplane model before the F4F Wildcat. It's so great to hear him speak of what he has done over his life. He was in and knew some of the pilots that the TV show's do specials on. Look him up next time you guys are in the MA. He's quite the stick.
