I'm looking for a real good air show that features mostly WWII era AC. Any suggestions??? There must be quite a few. Doesn't matter the location, lookin to take the family on vacation. Thanks and :salute

The best Warbird shows are at Duxford in GB. In the US I've yet to see more warbirds in the air than at Chino's Planes of Fame show.

Duxford. Hands down. :aok
(seen 24 Spitties in the air at the SAME TIME)
In one day....Spits, Hurries, P51's, A20, F4U, F6F, F4F, F7F, F8F, B17, P47, Yak-3, etc etc...even WW1 Se5a, Fokker Dreidecker and Bristol.....it's insane.
Blenheim...Gladiator....Lysan der......droooll...

It's not the planes that makes Wanaka so awesome, it's having an airshow with the most beautiful backdrop in the world.

the EAA air show is usually pretty good, last year the F22 was just simply amazing, the Lancaster in formation with the B24 and B17 was quite cool too ;)
