Title: Acks that miss

How do some of you get your GVs onto or very close to enemy fields without the ack ripping you apart. I have seen several GV where the ack is shooting at it, but never seems to hit.

OTOH, whenever I try to get close to ack, I gett shredded in seconds. What it the deal?

I saw something similar to this the other night....Friday I think it was.  There was an enemy M16 just cruising around in the middle of a Bish base.  The acks were all firing at him but he was just driving around.  I spawned a Panzer to kill him, but I believe HiTech got the kill in an Ostwind just before I fired on him.  I forgot to turn on the film recorder though.
