Just recently saw my V.A. Dr. and he told me about this!

Was gonna try that stuff BUT after trying the Zyban and having a side effect.....

Maybe the patch will work?

When I tried the patch years ago, maybe 10, it left me so wound up I couldn't sleep and when I did it was for only 20 minute stretches at a time.  Zyban did nothing for me.  However, will power is the greatest non-smoking aid ever as I have found over the last 9 days.
