6200 is an old card. The latest drivers are not the best for it.
It's been a while, but i seem to recall 61.77. Try these instead:

seems my power supply wasn't up to the job, replaced 250w with 500w switched gaphics card to gforce 5200, runs as smooth as glass with 91.47 driver.
Thanks kjetil for the help, who helped me out for nearly 6-7 hours trying to figure this one out, I had know idea how many different drivers and settings are out there. Kjetil you da man. :salute

Been using old Omega Drivers version 61.77 for a while on my old 5200, now you got me thinking about using the 91.47.
Hmmm..
Guess I'll install Driver Cleaner and give it a try.

61.77's are best for the 5200. No drivers after that offered the 5000 series anything different from the 61.77. The 5000 series is the step child from NVidia.
