i will post a bomb raid for everyone on next thusday.
and than i want to do this on every thusday so the numbers of joiners can grow
the mission is for bomberpilots which like to fly long time in formations.
mission discribtion:
1h of flight,
high alt
2 targets to hit deep into enemy teritory.
ouer first plane is the ju 88 with 20 small bombs. with some escorts.
on the next mission we use a other bomber.
i will post this mission 9:45 p.m german time must be 3:45 p.m N.Y time i think. The mission will be posted at the knight country
hope we get some joiners.

i hope it will be fun for everyone. for the bomber pilots and for the intercepters too. i hope i can place this mission as a weekle event so everone knews when he need to lock into game to find special fun :-)

first we need a few bomber joiners for the mission bevor you all can kill us lol. would be nice if you were ouer escort, you are realy welcome.

Flying slow and almost helpless Ju-88's is probably a deterrent to many would-be joiners. You might consider another bomber, maybe the Ki-67?
(AH really needs a mid-late war German bomber.. like the Do 217 :D)

Yes. 276-288mph doesn't help you much in the MA when you're having only 7.92mm's vs N1K, P47, Me 262, Typhoons...

dont be afraid about fliing the ju 88 we will fly it save and fast. ;)
and im sure we will all reach the target :D with a lidel help of escorts.
btw with out bombs the ju88 will reach 300mph at his best pervormance alt. it is her best devence. and after drop you can dive home with 400mph+ in a medeium dive.

thx to all which joined the mission it was a complet succes we rechead all 4 strat targets nearly untouched and made some nice damaged. and on the way home the interceptors got a blody nose :rock
how many formations we had? 8-10 or? and 4 escorts?! the formation was nice and clouse, i will post some pics at the end of the week if my squady post them in ouer squad forum
it was a nice start for first of ouer weekly bombraid im sure we get more and more week by week :D

im going to post a new mission on thusday again. she will start at the same time as the last.
this time we will use the b17 on a high alt bombraid with escorts.
hope you all will find the time to join this mission :pray.
the last was a lot of fun :D

Considering how weak the Ta's radiator is vs bomber defensive fire... I find it fair. Particulary as I usually up a 262 to battle buff raids ;)

I really admire people doing these kinds of get togethers that aren't scheduled by hitech. I doubt I will be there but good luck and <S>.
