Title: What do i need to get started

I want to start making some offline missions and I was wondering what I need to get started and if anybody has some tips or warnings.

OK i figured out how to get the thing downloaded but it won't open.  it asks if i want to send an error report.

Make sure you have it in your Aces High folder.
