Title: microphone problems

i'm having problem with my microphone, its plugged in properly, but, whenever i go to talk all u hear is static. It worked the other day  and works in windows just not in Aces high why? Its a logiteck

This should really be posted in the technical support area. Have you tried the "Wave In" option in Aces High? Also try turning down your sound acceleration level a notch in the dxdiag tool.
