Ever since I did my reformat about a month ago, I've been having problems with the AH Film Viewer. I'm getting stuttering and low FPS issues, but I never had this problem before (before my reformat). No AV/Spyware running etc etc etc... In game I don't dip below 60 FPS unless during FSO take-offs of 100 planes on the runway. In the Film Viewer, Fraps is reporting 30-35 FPS during NON-recording, just standard playback. Also, textures seem to load more slowly in the Film Viewer ( you know, the drawing of white boxes to a textured element)
