Title: crashing for no reason

I can be flying along at 10k with no enemy around and suddenly I'm back in the tower with the system message 'You have crashed.'  This happens frequently...  what could cause this?

My firewall is shut off, and my Bit Defender av is in "game mode'

I could only guess.  A film of the event would probably be helpful.
