I'll ask here
Whats the difference between

And
Microsoft Windows XP Professional With SP2C for System Builders - OEM $139.99
And
Microsoft Windows XP Professional with SP2 - Retail $269.99

I belive they are the same with the exception, that the system builders, or oem versions must be purchased with hardware. Such as a hard drive, or motherboard.
I have also heard that the system builder, or oem versions don't have a warranty. So if you get a bad cd you maybe SOL.

You have some period of free customer support with a retail version; no customer support with an OEM version. A bad CD will always be replaced.
