Live...it's saturday night!  Last night a 1975 rerun with Goerge Carlin as host was rebroadcast.

If it wasn't the first show....it was very close to it.

Never has been the same without the original not ready for primetime players imho.

Was fun watching Chevy Chase read the news joking about the then President Gerald Ford.

It was the first show.  Refreshing to see some of the old comedians on there...compared to some of the disappointing new ones now.

the very first show had a cold opening called Wolverines.  if you saw that...it was indeed the very first show.
