Jocko and I had a great time in there tonight escorting some heavies all the way across the map, So Salute to you Bomber boys who are hitting the Hun in their heartland! Jocko and I used a full tank of gas and full drops in a 2+ hour sortie. We really had some great "you are there" moments and this is why the AvA is the best there is. Salute to you brave Luftwaffe pilots who came up to fight us deep in German territory.

Not only was it a long run last night but being fighter jocs ya'll wanted to roll with us....Thank you gentlemen

A generous salute to Fyvsix and Jocko for exceptional fighter coverage on two long and mostly uneventful mission punctuated by several moments of terror, glad to have our "Little Friends " hang around, they got us home <S>

LOL, I was having fits going 'round and 'round with you, wasn't until I landed that I noticed my convergence settings were all over the place (I'd screwed with 'em to show a friend how they're adjustable - forgot to put 'em back) no wonder I couldn't hit squat!!!  :mad:
