I SAW THAT AIRPLANE IN KISSIMMEE WHEN it was almost 1/2 way done. my brother lives 15 minutes from that airport. when i stay with him, i can hear, and sometimes see the at6's and the mustangs taking off and arriving there. of course i ALWAYS spend at least one day on the airport checiing out the warbirds. any of you going that way, may want to check out the focke wulf there too.
the bad news is that tom reilly moved his operation to georgia a few years ago.

B17, is STILL one of the most beautiful aircraft to ever take to the air.

<<S>>

thanks dude

Saw it when it was in western NY. Unfortunately couldn't stay for the walk through after its flights.
Ringo Starr actually took a ride in it that day.

If you can save the clip, that might be a good idea,- not sure how long they keep it available!
I'll ask around in my group of aviation geeks if someone got some good pictures as well;)

I'm pretty sure that is the b-17 I rode in when it came to Knoxville, Tennessee.  Best ride of my life and I got to go and look through the norden bombsight.

Believe this is a photo of "LIBERTY BELLE" when she was a Engine Test-Bed Aircraft and had her "5th Engine."

Civilian Registration is N6694 and the photo was taken at Caldwell, NJ 1965
