Last night I was talking to a guy I met a couple of months ago.
During the conversation he told me that he had a big collection of Zane Grey`s books that were handed down to him. He said around 50, all hard cover in good shape.
He was wondering what their value might be .
Any one here have a ball park figure?
I told him I would ask around.

My grandfather had about that many, all soft-cover though.

I have an old igloo cooler full of Zane Gray hardbacks that my dad read as a kid. I thought they were pretty worthless except as a family momento. Most are dated in the 1930's.

I am watching a few now of varied dates and titles to see what they are bringing.

I think I still have a collection in hardcover that my mother had. Don't know where they are stored at the moment.

I just checked ebay and they're asking anywhere from 15.00 to 35.00 bucks a piece. Another site had 65 of them for 450.00 bucks.

Yeah... I have been watching the same.
Seems price is based mostly on title and year. Some going as low as a couple of bucks. Others bringing some pretty good green.
