One of my favorite things ever: loading up entire an trailor-hitch full of trash & running it out to the local dump.
I have learned, however, that having both TxDad & I working on the 'throw away' part at the same time becomes counter-productive. Either I'm telling him not to throw away stuff I want to keep... or he's telling me not to throw away stuff that he wants to keep. We'll have to learn to take turns. :)

Don't throw away that metal...go make some money on it!

You're not the only one. For a minute I thought I wasn't the only one who used too much hot sauce on the tacos at lunch.

I'm too lazy to make a dump run..I just rent a large trash bin on my driveway for a week and let them sort it out at the transfer station.

Wouldn't be quicker just to go to the toilet?

I like the challenge of scaling a 7 foot high metal bin with a roll of paper in hand.

I does indeed sound challenging I'll give you that :aok

One of my girlfriends had one of those (on her sloped driveway). Her & I were remodeling her kitchen/installing flooring. I run out with a handful of stuff & the chock slides loose... and the dang thing starts rolling down the driveway. I wasn't strong enough to push it back up. I only could hold it from going into the road while I called her for help. Thank goodness I left the door to her home open, so she was able to hear me yelling for her to come help! At any rate. Those workers (and her as well) were idiotic for placing that thing on such a sloped driveway.

You should see the slope on my driveway lol..Its in the other direction(towards the garage)..It better not move cause im sellin the house lol.

It is not possible to use too much hot sauce.
This is an urban legend.

I made 5 trips this weekend. One time I set a Hersey's syrup bottle in a box i was going to put in the cardboard bin. There were dump employess grabbing the cardboard from people as it came. I gave the guy my box by accident with the bottle still in it. You'd have thought I had put a dead baby in it. He went off.
I simply said, "Sorry about that..get over it."
I hate government workers who think they are the only ones who deal with other people's crap. He should spent a day in a crawlspace with me sometime.

Man.........I miss the runs to the "dump ground" back in the day.
If I had all the rounds I fired there I would be have an ammo store all my own.

I like to go out to the dump to slug rats. Great sport. .22s are great, but for a real challenge, use a 2x4. :D
