Rangoon, '42, an Aces High scenario
The practice frame is on July 26, 2008.  Frames 1-4 are on August 2, 9, 16, and 23, 2008.  Start times are 3 pm US Eastern Daylight Time, after which the Special Events Arena is closed to admittance (so please show up no later than Start Time).
