I'd also request that you wait at least 2 hours until after the frame is done before checking for logs.  Even if the entry is there, wait 2 hours to make sure the data is fully populated into the database.  Since we pull data from HTC's servers just because the entry is there doesn't mean it is complete. 

Attempting to grab the incomplete data will cause the error and then cause the CM to have to reload it again.
