I KILLED MY OLD COMPUTER AND HAD TO BUY A NEW ONE, THE PROBLEM IS I HAVE NOT GOT MY GAME ID OR PASSWORD AND ARE UNABLE TO PLAY ONLINE, I HAVE SENT THREE E-MAILS TO BOTH SUPPORT DEPT AND BILLING DEPT REQUESTING HELP SINCE THE 19th OF THIS MONTH AND NOT HAD ONE REPLY, I FIND THIS VERY FRUSTRAITING AS IM PAYING FOR SOMETHING THAT I CAN NOT USE, I HAVE BEEN A MEMBER SINCE JUNE 2004, AND YET NO ONE WILL AWNSER MY E-MAILS :furious

The 19th was Saturday. Our offices are closed over the weekend. When you send an email on the weekends, it will be Monday before it gets answered.
Yes, I am still going through and answering emails form the weekend.
