Now for the skin request.
(http://img517.imageshack.us/img517/3706/p47bloomstombpo1.png)This was a P-47D-25 flown by Maj. Jay C. Van Bloom of the 406 FG, 514 Sq. in Italy of 1944. I would love to see this skin in the game as i like to fly jugs, and would definetely fly with this skin. :salute

As with any website or book that has profiles. Be sure you have photo sources to back up the profiles. remember that's some guys interpretation of a photo, maybe and many many times they are incorrect.

Wow...there are some nice A-20 skins on there...guess I'm on the hunt for sources as well :)

Ty lyric that is all i could find besides the website at the top that i posted...It's near the bottom and it is shown under the 406th FG, 514 FS. (note: if you scroll all the way to the bottom then go up slowly you'll find it pretty quicky.) :salute

Tony, the 406th FG was a 9th AF group operating out of England then on the continent after the invasion. They were not an Italy based bunch for what it's worth.

I wonder why the sight said Italy?....However don't get me wrong, i know you're right just wonderin why it said "Italy, 1944" under the pic of Bloom's Tomb...Shows you the reliability of the internet  :salute
