Old time Coke lovers rejoice. Costco is now selling Coca-Cola (http://www.seriouseats.com/required_eating/2007/05/costco-is-selling-mexican-coke.html) made with cane sugar in glass bottles. It's so much better; I had forgotten how good it is.
I've been a Pepsi drinker for decades but after getting a case of cane sugar Coke, I'm back to Coca-Cola.
Rumor is that Wal-Mart has it too but I can't verify that.

Just in California?
-
Damn, cane sugar the only "original" ingredient they are putting back in?
They should go back to all "Original recipe". That would eliminate the need for diet Coke, and it would also make many fat/lazy folks skinny and industrious again.

General Motors today showed off the much-anticipated 2010 Chevrolet Camaro to the media. The vehicle will be built at GM's Oshawa, Ontario, plant in Canada.
First baseball players, then Levis, now we import Chevy's and Coca-Cola.
I am buying Washington apples to make my own pie.

I remember my great-grandmother talking about drinking a Coca-Cola as a headache remedy when she was younger. She died at the young age of 95 when I was about 6 or 7. I never realized just what she was talking about until my dad and I were joking a few years later when I was a teenager that "Gammy" was a closet coke head...My grandmother (his mom) heard me and she didn't think it was funny worth a damn...that was one of the worst Camellia bush limb whippings I ever got growing up.

What about Texas?
Wait, I've never even heard of a cost-co, what the hell is it? :huh
Where I'm from, we got HEB and Dollar General.
-
Ever heard of Sam's Club?
If not,
Sam's Club is a chain, owned by Wal-Mart, that basically sells stuff in bulk at discount prices. The stores generally look like big warehouses inside, very plain.
Costco is the same idea.
-
Ohh! Our sort of thing like that is HEB and Sams Club. I guess Cost-co isn't in Texas then...
-
Seems like I heard sometime back that if a soda pop was sweetened with cane sugar it had a yellow bottle cap. Anybody know if its true or not?

I call BS, coke (coca cola) in aussie tastes the same as it does in NZ and neither are made with sugar cane. Unless you're talking about the Royal Crown Draft stuff?

There are Costco's in Texas. You can also find pure cane sugar CocaCola in Texas at grocery stores that buy from Grocer's Supply. My store sells 5-6 cases a week. Look on the Mexican Food isle.

I've gotten Dublin Dr. Peppers which were amazing, but never any Original Cokes. I'll look around if I'm ever at a cost-co. :aok
