ok, i have made my skin, now what? i can't find it and i did save as,

how do i submit it and see if the pictures have the 1024x1024, also, how do i see how it looks?

name the folder jeep_1, and put a text file in the folder called jeep.txt, and in the text file put whatever you want to name the skin. Then you can view it offline.
You're going to need to enable external view in arena settings as it's off by default.

Does it work now? Last time I used it it requires cache regeneration every time you use it.
Offline viewing is easy enough for me any way.

i tried skin viewer it made have to go through a long download when iwanted to play again :(

the skin viewer is a few updates behind the game.
the best thing i found is if you can have a version of the game on a different pc to the skin viewer
or i think it also works if you have the game on 2 different drives with the skin viewer no one.

that way it shouldnt recach ever time if you use the right game.
