Downloaded Aces high sever5al times and recieve microsoft had a prob with Prog and must shut dn Acces hi Is there4 a solution to this HAK must fly again LOL

Downloaded with virus scanner on? Might want to post top 1/3 or so of your DxDiag and we might see something.

make sure your computer meets the requirements as well. Not having a sound card will stop it too.
