Title: Squelch Persistence

HiTech,

Please add this to the wish list.

Would love it if .squelch 1 and .squelch 6 were persistent.

Those are the first things I turn off when entering AH.

Basically to reduce the noise - information overload - can't see messages from my buddies with all that "stuff" scrolling by.

Persisting Ctrl-S would be a nice feature too.

Maybe put a "squelch/unsquelch" button on the roster page. Simply Hi-lite and hit the button.

Maybe they could let us make a script for start up?

It would be nice to have a global sim settings page in setup where we could set a squelch list, choose view range and turn off frame rate counter etc.  This would have a save settings button to make it permanent...

I'm all for this. A user-definable file that you control, which includes a squelch list. Kinda like the "exec" command in Quake 2  (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/smile.gif) It's just a text file with command lines in it.

.radio 2 3


Gotta admit that would be dang handy, and save some time.
