I had the great privilege to see Bob Hoover do an airshow in Tucson. He flew both his old signature yellow P51 and the business twin. I was a youngster at the time but i still remember the show he put on. I have never seen it's equal since. There is no doubt in my mind that there is no pilot working for the faa that could match his skills today.
