California is a really REALLY big state... so most of us probably don't have a clue.

But, if I had to guess (http://earthquake.usgs.gov/eqcenter/recenteqsus/Quakes/ci14383980.php).

They don't need undies in Rivertuckey. The place is a shat hole to start with. Undies wouldn't help.

was about 4 miles from it and it woke me up.  At first i though omfg it is the San Andreas going im screwed, God forgive me, etc.

<edit>  What kinda puzzles me is the fact that the epicenter was not on an fault what so ever.

You know what? If California were to sink into the ocean I'd prefer going down with my State rather than having to live somewhere else. We rule, you drool.

I'm on a roll here - managed to miss the fires in the Fall by being on a business trip to Arizona. Missed the quake today by being in Kansas City.

Mrs Wooley in Newport Beach phoned to say she was pretty shaken up but otherwise OK. Need to wait until she gets home tonight to see if the apartment is in one piece - actually, screw the apartment, just want to know my TV is OK  :uhoh

If Kalifornya is still attached to the U.S. , it wasn't big enough.

If the next hurricane to hit Texas doesnt make it to the center of the state it wasn't big enough either..
