Title: Interesting message last night

I was texting with the Daughter in Law last night. She indicated a new grand child is due about the 5th of April. That will make 10 and counting. I know where we'll be next Spring. We were there for the birth of # 8 a couple years ago.

Grand kids are WAY more fun that their parents were / are.  :D

ya?  well try having them with you every day!  mine are here every day.  none of my models have propeller blades, yesterday my wife's panty liners clogged a toilet.  a week ago I lost a bottle of 1956 bacardi rum to droppage from a shelf climber.

they are exactly as much fun as their parents were, I just don't have the same sense of humor now.  I don't care what they break, it's all good.

Even better than that. We wind them up then go to our nice quiet RV.  :devil Last year we were parked on the side of the house. This year we'll be in an RV park since they built a new rental house where we were parked. :D

Granny can't wait to see the new baby and do some baby sitting. I'll just chill out in the back yard or the shop at the house.

Congrats, Mav!!!  Spoil 'em rotten and hand 'em back.

Our (1) two year old grandchild will be here today for a full day of grandbaby spoilage.  Bring on the fun!

As a side note, I found it particularly hilarious that you found this out by text message. It's a real testiment to the time we live in that life-altering communications are taking place through that medium.

You do realize that there is more than one family contributing to the number of grandchildren don't you?

You may have found that particular poster to be funny and witty. I didn't and I doubt that any of the families involved would either. Right now that's about the limit of what I can say to you about it on the board.
