Heart Attacks
After an exhaustive review of the research literature, here's the final word on nutrition and health:
1. Japanese eat very little fat and suffer fewer heart attacks than us;
2. Mexicans eat a lot of fat and suffer fewer heart attacks than us;
3. Chinese drink very little red wine and suffer fewer heart attacks than us;
4. Italians drink excessive amounts of red wine and suffer fewer heart attacks than us; and
5. Germans drink beer and eat lots of sausages and fats and suffer fewer heart attacks than us.
CONCLUSION: Eat and drink what you like. Speaking English is apparently what kills you.
Our Government is Trying To Correct This Problem.

A couple more words:
1.) Portion size
2.) Sedentary lifestyles (excerise, yes, but holding out for a parking spot 10 feet closer to the destination doesn't help either)
3.) Poor stress management
4.) high fructose corn syrup
5.) Fourthmeal (thanks T-Bell)

I'm sorry, let me summarize: Most Americans are Fat Lazy Basturrds. (I know, because I are one)
You other "geezers" remember when 150lb high school girls were rare and not the norm?
