Well what do you expect? We get more LW, American, and UK planes because there's alot more information and specs on them than some of the others.

At this rate the polar ice caps don't need to melt for the world to become water.

What Tex said.

Exactly how much available data do you think there is on the Ki43,44,84,100 ? I dont want to see any A/C that has a fantasy flight model just because people want to see it in the arena.

And since AH is the only online sim with Itailian planes, nothin to squeak about there either.

I would rather see planes modeled with real data any day.

Dog out....

The spitIX is in Polish RAF markings, why does everyone allways forget that . After all they only won the Battle of Britain for them  (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/cool.gif) . BTW since Yanks have p51b now I hope Mustang MkIII isn't too far in the future . It's just not a mustang without roundels .

Suave1,

I didn't forget that.  I intentionally chose not to mention it because it is in Polish marking while within the RAF.  The P-47D-25 and Bf109G-2 were, respectively, in the Brazilian and Finnish airforces, not the American and German airforces.  Which is why I noted their markings.

Personally I think that's a pretty freaking good list of planes for a game that's only been around a year and a half!

I'm blown a way that some are still complaining about i!  Six new rides in 2 months and there is still squeaking.  If you think about it, it means your favourite rides will be even more likely to come sooner than later, even if they are from some of the other countries that didn't play as large a role in WWII.  It only makes sense for HTC to concentrate more on American and German planes as they build the plane set.. I don't understand why folks would think otherwise.  Their focus will likely shift around a bit for the next cycle, so if your favourites aren't here yet, you likely don't have too long to wait.

The way AH is rolling out new planes makes perfect sense.  Even still, there are countries represented that have never been well represented, or represented at all sometimes, in other games.  They are not on par with the US and Germany... but they shouldn't be for marketing reasons as well as for representation in things like scenarios.

Six new planes in 2 months!  C'mon!  You realize how high that rate of production is?  This rate of new plane production has not been seen in the industry ever before to my knowledge.  This is frigging outstanding.  Anybody who still complains about it needs to have their head examined IMFO.

WTG HTC!

This post was notintended as "squeaking", but rather as a quick "Hey guys, look at whats available" in one spot.  (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/biggrin.gif)

I don't think the La-7 is a perk plane.  It is better than the -5FN, but not by a huge ammount.  It doesn't even get a different engine than the -5, just airframe inprovments.  It will be the prefered aircraft of the two, but thats along the lines of the .202 to the .205 and the P51B to the P51D in relationship.

The Tempest, the Arado, and the Ta152, those really stand out as hot rods, so they are perks for sure.

hmmmmm, I guess few Japanese planes, and some vehicles (LVT) and one tank buster is available in V1.07.

Is my guess wrong?   (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/smile.gif)

More Luftwaffe planes?   (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/frown.gif)

More US planes?   (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/frown.gif)

Mitsu, the Yak9T's claim to fame is a 37mm cannon in the nose.

Hopefully we will also get armor piercing rounds for it, as that was the idea of adding that cannon to the plane.  Its a tank buster.

Looks like US has most varying plane set while germans has most variations of planes (109 and 190)

Brits and soviets needs some more variety  (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/smile.gif)
(soviets needs bombers / ground attack planes badly)

I'd like to have some more british and german bombers as well. (maybe more variations for Ju-88...)
and stuka  (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/smile.gif)

I don't care about Japs, I must admit..
PTO = not really my favorites, I hate jungle and hot islands  (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/smile.gif)
but I guess they'd need some new planes too..  (can I have Ki84, I got bit familiar to it in WB)

Sorry if I came accross as picking on you Karnak, it wasn't meant that way.  I understand your motives were positive.  (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/smile.gif)  I was just grumpy yesterday afternoon after losing my BBS profile and being shocked that folks were still whining about planes when HTC builds 6 new ones in 2 months.  That post was just a general commentary.  Most folks in this thread have been very positive, and that's a good thing.  (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/cool.gif)
