Did they remove some skins? there is a 362FG 47-D40 skin missing for sure?

Each aircraft variant can have up to 15 player made skins before rotation starts. However the D40 has only 10 according to the HTC site. Possibly the skin's maker asked HTC to pull the skin for some reason.
