I know there's other sites that will let you build an add-on (I think spruz) I'm looking for a good place to make a new squad website. (More people are on here, so I'll probably get more feedback) :D

There are several ways to put web pages on the web. These range from installing IIS on your desktop http://www.webwizguide.com/kb/asp_tutorials/installing_iis_winXP_pro.asp to paying an annual fee for a web hosting service to host your pages. If you don't have a static ip you could use a no-ip client from http://no-ip.com .
Starting out I'd recommend you use a free hosting service which may put advertisements on your pages. I just googled and found this which means I can't vouch for any of these sites here but there are many others. http://www.ironspider.ca/website/freewebhost2.htm

If you don't mind $7 a month, http://www.bluehost.com/ is a great ad free web host. Great service, no ads, huge bandwidth and space, support, etc.
If you want simple web pages but don't want to get into new software, MS Word makes decent web pages. Technically, they have horribly bloated code, but it works just fine. Any Word doc you have is about three clicks from being a web page.
