please put what country you fly for and your top list of all around great people to play with.

its nice when you actualy meet someone who doesnt cry whine or wench on 200 but instead will either <S> you or ask you how you did something. which i usualy do lol.
i dont mind flyin with drdeath its just that his vox blows me out of the water its sooo loud, or maybe that's just him lol <S>.

I have met many very nice people online in the approximately 1 year that I have been in the MA's and the list is too long to be able to mention them all. I have flown almost exclusively knights but have found many very nice people in the other countries as well.

I know death isn't exactly the nicest guy around, especially after you shoot him down or screw his mission up :rofl :lol
But he's by far the worst out there. Ask him for help on something and he'll be right there for ya. Screw up his directions and he'll chew your head off :lol
Really tho, ask him for something game or computer related some time and see what happens.
Nicest guy in AH would be...... to many to list and many more gone.

Knits- even though we havn't been nicest to eachother Twinboom (If hes nit) I have seen him be a nice guy to a lot of people and I give him respect for that.
Bish- 5.0(Coprhead) I think is the nicest guy on the bish side.

Well, some of the old timers from the AW scenario scene had put together an Afrika/MTO based scenario. It was historically based and everyone flew aircraft that flew the scene, no matter how outdated they may have been. We had Hurri1s (replacement for late war Hurricanes) while the Luftwaffe had D9s and 262s.
Luckily, our group had Spit5s and did a pretty bang up job, but by the 'end' of the war and facing the latewar D9s and 262s, we were completely outclassed. The whines grew in crescendo until after the last frame, Corky gave us hell and gave us a reality check. Not only did the designers (he was one of them) work their tails off, it was fairly close to what the Allied aircrews faced at that time.
You could say I haven't forgotten that lesson and I try and treat anyone in charge of events with the upmost respect, or Dan might kill me. :aok
In that scenario, Corky and I had a great fight. We were both in spit5s and we were engaged by 3-4 higher FW190s (at least 2 were D9s). We stayed in close formation until they made their move... we turned away and then back into one another in a Thach Weave until, just seconds later, all of them were dead and the last 190 was running home. This is before voice comms, we just 'did it'.

Lynx!! lol...you know he is one of those guys that I have never met online but love to hate because he kills my donut so much. It is good to hear that he is actually a nice guy. Liverlips is another that I despised out of respect but then we met in the special arena and he is a really nice guys as well. For those who don't switch sides at all that is a really good way to get to know your opponets and get a different perspective on the guys that are killing you.

Nah, SkyRock only got mad at me because I had all the advantages in a fight against him and still took cheap shot to HO him in the second turn. Yes, I know it was weak and twitty, but I was scared that I was getting ownt, after starting with all the advantages on him. I just feel much better for me to win a cheap cartoon kill at the cost of a good cartoon fight.

I'm a big fan of those False Prophet characters..... Certainly not the nicest but you know what.... Nice gets you an ice cream cone, not a victory.
I'm loaded at the present time... So I am forgetting the 2687 other pilots I like! Although the Bishop roster may have changed since the last time I looked.
Tell you all one thing.... I'm a jerk to Knights and Rooks most of the 200 time. But I don't ever mean it like that, I'm simply following my training.... Get under your enemies skin, it will cause them to react with emotion and not intelligence! That's my tip of the day.... Write that down!

I've met to many nice people in game to list them all.
From my years of flight simming I've found that those who are dedicated simmers are above average intelligence and very cordial in the most part.
Cept for me of course (the intelligent part)

Ty to those who have mentioned my name - I'm just me being me. I play this for fun, and so far - am having lots of it.
Not met anyone who's been what I'd term nasty - no heated pm's etc (I just gotta be doing something wrong somewhere) and everyone has been most helpful.

I've spent a great deal of time on Rook & Knight; everybody on both of those sides has always been very, very nice. I've visited Bishop more than a few times, and everyone there was just as pleasant. I sometimes see names (from all teams) tossed around on 200 or BBS banter as crass, but those particular guys have only been very extremely nice and polite as well. But to mention specifically, I think I'd have to say that the guys in the ~Air Raiders~ are the nicest and funniest. :D

Gunit222 USED to be a buttnuggett-squeaker-pinhead that I wanted to reach through the internet and pop him upside the head...but then something happenned....mystically, magically, he became a good kid. What happened?
He doesn't even hurt my ears anymore!
Now he is a courteous, fun to fly with young adult, and a great asset to the knights.

I've been considering this thread for a few days. I've come to the conclusion that I like the online incarnation of so many people that it would be impossible to list them all. I wouldn't even want to try because I'd leave many deserving people out. It would be much easier to list the relatively small handfull I consider colossally unrepentant and irredeemable "online ultra melons". :rock

Ft hates to die.. He is almost never without comment when you best him.
I was recently AFK RTB when I see an F4U 800 out and closing fast. I yank the stick, but no luck, it got me.
Since he was low and slow(er), I upped a Zero and went after him. He tries to turn with me, and I get a lucky shot in. His response was "Sure, bring a go-kart to the pine wood derby.." " Next time get a hog and try me".
We laughed it off.. I do miss his high mossy..

He's one of the biggest whiners in the game. Shoot him down and endure 10 minutes of his whining on 200. I guess he's just nice to those that don't shoot him down.
