Be nice to have a historic AA sight in m16 and FLAK wagon, make it a bit easier to hit targets out over 2.5-3k

yah, make the flak panzer MORE powerfull, its not bad enough that a single one can shut down a base or that a single one can protect a base for hours.  MORE POWER, hell, why not just make bases uncapturable.
