Title: Squad Events

we need something that shows strength in teamwork and wingman flying.

Simple idea; 

Once a week Sat or Sun night,
Squad Co's register 1 hour before the first fight.   Whoever registers first or held the room from the week before starts.
Winner stays on,
At least 6 pilots to participate,  If both squads can field more than that great 8vs 8  , 10 vs 10 whatever,
need a simple map with 2 bases close enough but not too close.
Ack indestructable and highest setting,
20 minute time limit from start,
Most kills wins,
All planes enabled except 163/262,  or if you want a random plane decided by the host at the start of the match from a selection of mid war planes,
NO whining,

With the amount of squads in Aces high this event could go on for several hours and I'm sure the fights and initial merges would get everyone hooked.

Also a great opportunity to puff chests,  bragging rights and ego stroking.

That sounds like fun....Who's first?   I can field 5-6 guys but you'll have to give a bit of notice so I can make sure we can make it!

Seems like the onus has always been on the players or squad co's to organise.  My wish was to be an official event with whatever CM staff it takes to host every week to make it a regular competition.

The CM staff will help a squadron organize a squadron vs. squadron duel.  The CM staff assisted in organizing a duel between JG11 and S.A.P.P, which was a great success.

Im sure it was a success AKAK.

This idea involves a series of on going fights until their are no more challengers to the room holders.

Each squad has one life.  The registration decides the lineup.
