Title: Salute to HTC
Post by: apcampbell on August 07, 2008, 09:06:54 AM
Just a quick  :salute to HTC, had some issues, and they were taken care of in a highly professional manner! It's refreshing to see a company who takes the time to deal with people instead of just issues. To the entire staff of HTC (and especially Rosie in this case) Most excellent work! You guys have a top notch operation and thank you very much!

I wonder if Sax can whip up one of his famous award certificates for the HTC Staff......... :aok

Yes, HTC does deserve a  :salute  Skuzzy went through a lot of work to help me fix a problem some months ago.  Maybe I seem ungrateful from time to time, but it's just my nature to be a gadfly. :P

I told HiTech his staff...especially customer service staff deserved a raise a year ago, but didn't get so much as a PM that they got so much as a dime.  I hope he gave them the paycheck bump they deserve.

Or they are more than welcomed to come work on my staff here at the Hot Springs Arkansas AFLAC office.

We have lakes, mountains, green all year round, and it's like Little Sin City.

Did I mention I advised a RAISE for those folks?

(Great job guys/gals)

LoL. Being from little australia my contact with HTC is very limited. Though they always seem to be a good bunch of guys. I like it when they post something on the bbs and would one day (if I holiday to the US) like to stop in and meet the people I invest my money with. The games awesome the people are mostly awesome and yeah. . . .
