Great. I buyed a non-widescreen 5 months ago, because AH doesn't support it anyway :furious :rofl
But seriously, that some good news for many players out there! :aok
-
Hmmm.. how do I convince my wife that we need this :pray

I was disappointed when I saw the three monitor thing.
Then I got very excited when I noticed the enhanced widescreen support. Sweet!
-

The water tower looks kind of screwed up...
-
Well the reall problem is im the one that is worth more dead than alive :noid
-
the water tower is leaning because Sloehand was looking at sheep and drove his tiger into it.
-
I think you're going to get giant fish-eye lens effects if you spread the FOV out that wide.
I just want to know if you can get the 2 side views set to "front-left" and "front-right" view and keep the middle to front/front-up/front-down, or if they all act as "forward" and you get wacky effects when using your hat in the middle of a fight.
-
More good stuff! Thank you HTC! Can't wait to see what's next! HE-111 maybe? :D
-
Please, none of you mention this in game. TxDad doesn't visit the BBS or HTC homepage at all. Hopefully he won't hear of this in the game, or he'll be buying 6 more monitors for our computers. :lol
Looks marvelous :aok
-
Woohoo! Thanks HiTech. Now I can actually USE my widescreen.
-
Sweet, finally we're getting wide screen support. Too bad we still have to wait two weeks.
ack-ack
-
Great!... Now I have to buy two more monitors
A big +1 for wide screen support.

Yea thank you HTC ,I'm sure this will all come out around the same time as CT.
-
lol i'm playing this at 1024 x 768 because that's all my monitor can take. :D

That doesn't tell the people who don't visit the forums yet watch the home-page for updates. ;)

lol, that's what I was just thinking.....
-
yahooooooooo!
-
Lately it seems like HTC is just doing one thing after another that enhances every aspect of the game. Thanks :)
-
I wondered why Camo bought the triple head thing about month ago... :D
Finally I get all out from my 25:5" samsung (1920x1200)
:O
-
Man, if that thing works like I'm hoping it does, it'd be the end of the need for 8 way hat switches...
That looks like it really would help some deflection shots too....
'Course if I spent the money to buy the monitors, the computer or car would die the next week :)
-
I wonder what this will do to those who have been flying with their wide screen monitor flipped vertical
Would that change in any way?
-
Awesome job HTC !!! :aok :aok :aok
Now, if we could also have support for simkits gauges... Good God Man, I'd be in heaven!

I'm going to be building a second machine so my brother and I can play at the same time, this could get expensive. LOL
-
I wonder how this update will work with TrackIR pro and will it correct the view problems :D
-
thanks HTC!
-
Worthless. I <3 my projector.

-
i just threw up rattfink!
:rofl
-
Absolutely outstanding, HTC! I just bought a 46" Samsung LCD TV.... I may have to move my computer now.... :noid
Thanks HTC, the widescreen support is a much needed addition. Well done, fellas. :aok
-
WHAT?? This means the SAPP widescreen cheat code won't give us the edge anymore :cry
-
I wonder if the triplehead2go is the only adapter that will work. There are other adaptors out there that allow for more than three monitors, so I wonder if those will end up working as well. It is cool though because I've wanted multi monitor support for some time now.
-
that the CM handbook in the bottom left-hand corner?
Yep & a Didgeridoo in the right corner. He has gone native on us.
-
I have wanted a widescreen monitor for some time - but until now, the cropping in AH2 held me back.
Well, 5 mins ago I ordered a 24" 1920x1200 :rock
-
Now where can I put those monitors at...
Rotate your desk 45 degrees to the left.... Mount the left / right wide screen monitors on the wall. :)
-
Then the heat from the monitors would cause false readings on the thermostat.

Jerkins - Why?
SubwayCH – Yes, I made one.
Lyric1 - Good eye :)
Waffle – Good idea sir, but if it is like my LCD TV, I wont be able to due to all the AC detection I get from my stud finder.
Denholm – LOL!

hahaha good answer (bastage!)
-
the water tower is leaning because Sloehand was looking at sheep and drove his tiger into it.
I was looking at YOUR sheep, and a very sad, scrawny, moth-eaten looking bunch as I've ever seen. :D
-
