I don't understand at all how I would takeoff from what I have read. :cry They're all too vague.
Could someone explain step by step how to take off using the keyboard?

Hello Levesque!
My guess is that you haven't read the Aces High Training Corps website yet: http://trainers.hitechcreations.com
Read "Game Setup - Setting up a Mouse" first, because you can't control your plane with keyboard alone, then take a look at "Learning to fly"
Easy step-by-step instruction there. :aok

First off, using Auto Take-Off is a supreme must, don't be discouraged, many veterans still uses it. Now, if you have Auto Take-Off, DO NOT move and ailerons, rudders, or any movement at all. Simply power up the throttle, using the default keys, - and =. (At least that's what i think the default key is). If you are in a hurry and need to take off fast, add about 2 notches of flap, using the default key, Q and W. Once you are off the ground, don't make any sudden movements or you'll auger (crash). Simply nudge your aircraft so that Auto Take Off turns off. And that's it, you're ready to fly, hope to see you in the air. :salute :aok

I fly with a mouse and it's the most fun I'll ever get.... You got the right of saying "I killed you with a mouse".
