This is obviously a photochopped hoax.
Look at the bottom left. Nobody uses floppy disks anymore... and why is there a webcam in a carton of feta cheese? .. and why does that calendar look like it says 2002?
Okay the real important question though... since, iirc, multi-monitor was declined for a long time since it gave an unfair advantage... are we finally going to get datafile output so we finally have the chance to make simpits work? :) I've got some Phidgetts gear that I'd love to rip out of my paintball stuff and switch over.
and second, does it require the Matrox hardware? Or is any PC with multi-monitor good to go? I don't think the Matrox is going to get anything like the framerates you would with the Gigabyte quad SLI motherboard.
Time to re-install. :noid

This is obviously a photochopped hoax.
its an old but real pic, it runs MS FLightsimulator (2002?) with WidevieW,
WidevieW is an add-on module that, once installed, appears in the Add-ons menu of Flight Simulator
and that can be used to create virtual cockpits with multiple outside views, using networked PCs.

I know what WidevieW is :) Played with it. Rapidly lost interest since you can't really shoot at people. Was just making fun of the pic they chose to post.

Falcon 4: Allied Force has multi-monitor, multi-PC support with the software posted up at ViperPits.org . Not the same quality multiplayer experience you get from AH2, but it has far more support for simpits & various gadgets. With 1 PC, a Phidgetts LCD & Phidgetts 8/8/8 input device, and an extra monitor you can get an F-16s LCD, both MFDs and the buttons for them running. Hard not to have fun when you've got that kind of toy.
