Got in a turn fight with a spixteen the other day and started to acually out turn him. I saw that he had flaps down and I was extended full. Once he saw that he was losing the advantage, he HOed me right in the cockpit.

No duh, it was a spit 16.

I was in a Spit 9, low and slow, some idiot in a Spit 16 tried to sneak behind me, I did a quick cut throttle and reverse, 2 turns, dead. Spit 5's and Spit 9s are the ones you should be measuring the Ability of the Mossie in.

Was on the loosing end of an engagement with Bosco the other day, man flies that Mossie like hes wearing it. I use to look at the mossie as an easy target, now i see it and hope its not Bosco LOL
