When you are in the tower, the Osti fiers like a Wirble.

I'm not sure this is only in the tower...I think I noticed it from my B-25H the last time I was on...

The Wirble is labled as Osti until inside 1K. I use the rate of fire as a tell. So I know the rate is different from the air. Not sure about from the tower.
