Title: Tuned down rollrate??

I read i a few posts that we have on one side tuned down roll rates and on the other side tuned up roll rates.

Is that true? And if yes can someone explain it to me.

The Typhoon has had its roll rate turn way down.

AFAIK, no other aircraft has had its roll rate changed.

Just the Typhoon.  Its was never supposed to roll as well as it was.

And that's a GOOD thing.  Now Vulcan and Wardog won't be able to pull off those incredible reversals like they use too...
