Title: CV control

  To reduce the amount of CVs killed by a bozo who set a waypoint to its doom, I like to see a voting effect, after all, it is a democracy. Whenever a waypoint that is set within 50 miles of a enemy base, a poll would take effect. The 9 top ranking players would vote, and if no one votes within 20 seconds, the poll is canceled and the CV will continue its original course.

I doubt any "admiral" has ever thought of his ship as a democracy.

Most carriers are attacked within 50 miles of shore. You wouldn't want one of those nine people AFK while the CV captain is trying to set a new waypoint preventing the bombs from hitting their mark(s).
