Title: Add a 4 .303 option on the P-39Q

So it could be like a P-39N.  There is no point in putting a P-39N skin on a P-39D especailly if the P-39D is a heck of a lot more underpowered and no WEP. I know I already asked for this before... Just a suggestion. Would open up a new field for more famous skins on the P-39N instead of settling with them on the P-39D.

Seriously, I'd love to see Pokryshkin skins on our 39Q instead of our 39D.

39N skins are skinned on 39Q's. Or they are supposed to be anyway.
